First time Buyers and Investors. First time buyers find themselves able to afford homes that 3 or 4 years ago seemed unattainable. Of course, the rules of lending have changed and NOW you must prove to the Lender that you are actually able to repay the loan by providing lots of documentation.

Investors are getting on the Band Wagon by snatching FORECLOSURES at great bargain prices and renting them or re selling them. Either way it is a WIN- WIN situation for many.

Unfortunately this is the result of many others losing their properties. These are the people that after being homeowners are becoming renters; hence the Rental Market has increased making it a lot easier to rent your investment properties.
