Hi, I’m Morgan Aponte and my customers become part of my family.                    

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker with over 18 years in Residential Real Estate and over 10 years in Mortgage Financing.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, I am a multi million dollar producer, actively involved in my community.  I am member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Association of Realtors,Florida Association of Realtors, was Director of the Professional Standards and Ethics committee and I was the President of my local Homeowner’s Association in Miami.  I also taught Real Estate to new Realtors in the profession and managed several Real Estate offices.

I now specialize in the Tampa Clearwater and St Petersburg area, dealing with condos, townhouses, and single family homes.
